| 11:45 – 12:30 | Aviation Regulatory Regimes The International Civil Aviation Organization provides overarching guidelines for state regulations applicable to business aviation operations. These ICAO principles and European operational regulations will be discussed in the context of commercial vs. non-commercial operations and distinctions in specific countries where business aircraft are based or operate. Presenters will address considerations for international operations. |
