EBACE2010: Geneva Palexpo Exhibit Space Assignment & Priority Lottery

TYPES OF EXHIBITS

Priority for Exhibits at EBACE will be given to companies displaying products or services directly related to the design, operation or servicing of business aircraft. Companies wishing to display non-aviation related services will be permitted to exhibit at EBACE and will be allocated space provided it is available after all business aviation Exhibitors have been placed. EBACE Management reserves the right to deny space to any company whose products or services are not deemed appropriate for the business aviation community.

FIRST-TIME EXHIBITORS NEW FOR EBACE2010

First-Time Exhibitors are welcome at EBACE2010, and we’ve set aside a small section of Basic Shell Scheme Exhibit Space in Hall 6 for these Companies. First-time Exhibitors must submit applications and payments in full by the January 15, 2010, deadline in order to be considered for this space. Applications will be placed via the lottery based on availability. The maximum stand size permitted in this area is a 3 m by 6 m, and this area is provided for Shell Scheme Stands only.

LOTTERY DEADLINE

The Lottery deadline for both indoor Exhibits and the Static Display of Aircraft is January 15, 2010.

SPACE ASSIGNMENT

Please be assured that EBACE Management makes every effort to accommodate each Exhibitor’s Stand preference. If all stand choices indicated by Exhibitor have been allocated, EBACE Management will assign the best available space.

CHALET ROW (HALL 7 SPACE) LOTTERY

Chalet Row Exhibitors will be determined by lottery drawing. To qualify for the Chalet Row Lottery, Exhibitors must:

• Be an original airframe manufacturer (OEM);
• Submit applications with payments in full on or before January 15, 2010; and
• Request at least 186 sqm (2,000 sqf) of contiguous indoor space in Hall 7; and
• Have aircraft placed on the Static Display of Aircraft, the Helicopter Static Display or in the Exhibit Hall.

PRIORITY-ONE LOTTERY

Exhibitors participating in the Priority-One Lottery must:

• Request a minimum of 186 sqm (2,000 sqf ) of contiguous Exhibit Space;
• Submit applications with payments in full on or before January 15, 2010; and
• Not meet the Chalet Row requirements.

Space assignments for Priority-One Exhibitors will be determined by lottery drawing. Priority-One Exhibitors will be assigned space in Halls 6 or 7 after Chalet Row qualifiers have been assigned space. Space in Hall 7 is limited and not guaranteed.

PRIORITY-TWO LOTTERY

Exhibitors participating in the Priority-Two Lottery must:

• Request an Exhibit Space of less than 186 sqm (2,000 sqf);
• Submit applications and payments in full on or before January 15, 2010;
• Not meet requirements established for Chalet Row or Priority-One Exhibitors; and
• Have exhibited at EBACE on a continuous basis for 10 years; or
• Have committed at least $10,000 in sponsorships and/or advertising

Space assignments for Priority-Two Exhibitors will be determined by lottery drawing. Priority-Two Exhibitors will be placed in Hall 6 after Chalet Row and Priority-One qualifiers have been assigned space.

PRIORITY-THREE LOTTERY

Exhibitors participating in the Priority-Three Lottery must:

• Submit applications and payments in full on or before January 15, 2010
• Not meet the requirements established for Chalet Row, Priority-One or Priority-Two Exhibitors

Space assignments for Priority-Three Exhibitors will be determined by lottery drawing. Priority-Three Exhibitors will be placed in Hall 6 after Chalet Row, Priority-One and Priority-Two qualifiers have been assigned space.

PRIORITY-FOUR LOTTERY

Exhibitors participating in the Priority-Four Lottery submit applications after the January 15, 2010 deadline.

Priority-Four Exhibitors will be assigned Space in Hall 6 once all Chalet Row, Priority-One, -Two and -Three Exhibitors have been assigned space, and in the order in which their applications are received.
