- Structuring Deals
Presented by: Aoife O’Sullivan, Gates & Partners
Structuring deals impacts not only the acquisition of the aircraft, but also the future sale of the aircraft. In a global aircraft transactions marketplace, it is more common for the acquisition of a particular aircraft to halt because of structures that were created when the aircraft was initially purchased. While well-intentioned (to protect the owner’s anonymity, for example), these structures can have negative impacts throughout the time of ownership and upon sale. Learn best practices that will set the right expectations for the client and meet their needs now and in the future. - 14:15 – 15:15
